Kusinero’s is a family-driven culinary venture that has been delighting taste buds since May 2022. Derived from the Filipino word, kusinero (cook), it is a homage to the special and distinct taste of Filipino cuisine. Each dish is especially prepared from treasured family recipes, evoking nostalgia, comfort and feeling of home.

Kusinero’s Catering has evolved from a humble food truck into a full-fledged kitchen catering company, bringing the vibrant and rich flavours of the Philippines to every occasion - be it corporate events, weddings, birthdays, or any special celebration that calls for a delectable feast.

Kusinero’s takes great care in selecting the freshest and finest ingredients. We source our ingredients meticulously and prioritise freshness, quality, and sustainability.

We are best known for our remarkable sauces and pastes diligently prepared from scratch. Our signature deep-fried pork sisig continues to satisfy the discerning palates of our costumers with every bite an explosion of crispy, savory and zesty delights. Another crowd favourite is our extra-large noodles, served in generous portions with medley of indulgent ingredients reminiscent of unique Filipino flavours.

Services we provide:
Pickup service
Arrange your order to be picked up at our factory in Tullamarine.
​
Delivery service
Arrange your order to be delivered to the nominated address for a fee.
We do service most of Melbourne but do have a minimum spend in certain areas further away.
Note: Delivery fee is based on zones (distance from our Tullamarine location), please see our terms and conditions.
Driveway or delivery zone access required, otherwise parking fee will be added.

Catering service
Arrange for a Catering setup to be done at your nominated location for a fee.
The chafing dishes are rented out for a 24hr hour period and will required a holding bond.
Venues must allow open flame food warmers (consult with building management in advance).
Water access is required to setup the chafing dish (approx 2l per chafing dish).
Driveway or delivery zone access required, otherwise parking fee will be added.
Any obstructions, such as steps/stairs must be notified in advance.
Included with service: Chafing dish rental and 3hr fuel, Setup of our chafing dish/s, serving spoons and/or tongs.
Note: We do not provide table, chairs or cutlery. We only do the setup and do not stay at the event to refill.

The chafing dishes, trays and utensils will need to be cleaned before being returned the following day to our shop in Tullamarine.
Optional - Catering Packdown service
After the event, We will return to packdown the chafing dish and supplied equipment only.
Packdown does take some time so please allow 10-15minutes per chafing dish.
This includes wiping down chafing dishes and packed away for transport.
Dirty trays and utensils will be taken back to the store to be cleaned.
Sink or similar access required to dispose of used chafing dish water.
Note: Optional table cloth and/or food labels available with packdown service.
