Palabok

A classic Filipino dish that features thin rice noodles topped with flavorful sauce made from pork and annatto. It is then garnished with various toppings such as crush chicharon (pork cracklings), boiled eggs, crispy garlic and spring onions.

Delicious twist on the traditional Filipino Kare Kare dish. It combines crispy texture of pork belly with rich flavor of the Kare Kare sauce, typically made from peanut and vegetables.
